Very bad reviews of my guest.
Location is only the good part.
1. Angels in Fira was pathetic. Nowhere near 3 Star level. Actually below 1/2 Star. Nobody knew English but for one part time manger – Marina I guess. No blankets in the room, no Mirrors in the room, dirty linen, one female attendant taking care of housekeeping and breakfast with a furious temper throwing utensils with a bang in the kitchen and bad body language, ill trained. Lousy breakfast even. It was like some kind of a basic room without soaps/shampoos as well. I seriously suggest you write to ASIT and claim back the room charges of 3 star and do a refund to me as well (that is if you are looking at us as a future customer – say another 20-30 family trips in next 10 years if not more). Pool was more of a small baby pond with dirty water. 2. Most places in the hotels, Wifi connectivity was bad including Vanilla, Angels & President. 3. I have learnt my lessons not to accept any hotel without links. In spite of multiple requests, your team did not share links of Angels in Fira and stated site not ready. The basic fact was that it was a poor facility and must not have been passed on to me.
